Shipping and Fulfillment 

Along with offering the highest quality furniture available, Industrial Craftsman is committed to getting your furniture to you safely and affordably. We work with premium in-home delivery services in order to ensure that you have the greatest experience possible and that the furniture is well taken care of. Once your furniture has been made, our carrier will reach out to you to schedule a delivery window. All rates are based on shipment from Ohio.   

Why does it take so long before I receive my furniture? 

Each piece of furniture is made specifically for you. This allows you to choose from a variety of stain colors and piece sizes. 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of our standard curbside shipping is based on location. For this service, the delivery company will bring it outside of your house and the customer is responsible for in-home setup.

Red = $199

Blue = $319 

Green = $429

Grey = $649

What if I want my furniture delivered inside? 

No worries we have an option called "In-Home," which means we will bring it inside and set it up for you in the room that you want it (There is a standard fee of $100 for this service). If you would like to have this option, simply select the "In-Home" option in the shipping options at checkout.

Customer Pick Up

Customer pick up is available for customers who live close to our store. Our Furniture is not prepackaged in boxes. The customer is responsible for bringing proper padding and large enough vehicle to transport. Give us a call if you have any questions.
